Voice demo

Hear it for yourself.

Talk to a Callper AI assistant. Ask what it does, what it costs, or whether it fits your business.

This is a demonstration — please don't share personal details. How we handle demo calls

Calls in English are recorded, whether made here or to the demo number, so that we can find the fault when the assistant stops mid-call. The recording is kept for 30 days.

You can object to the recording at any time: write to office@callper.ai.

See what you get

What you open the next morning.

Three screens from the dashboard, exactly as it is today. The practice is invented, so nobody's callers are on show. Nothing else is.

  1. Who called, and what happened

Every call of the day, with the caller's name from your contacts, how long it took, and whether a person took over.

  2. The transcript, and why it handed over

Open any call and read it word for word. Here a patient worried after treatment is put through to the physiotherapist on duty.

  3. How the assistant is set up

Instructions in your own words: who practises when, what can be booked, what has to wait for a person.

Every screen on this page is a capture of the product as it runs today, taken by script on a showcase account with invented people and calls. No real customer's data is shown.

What happens on a call

One line in. Four things that can come out of it.

No chatbot personality, no upselling, and no call left unanswered. Four jobs, done reliably.

It answers

First ring, every hour of every day. No voicemail, no hold music, no "we're currently closed".

Your assistant, in your business's name

It answers questions

Hours, prices, address, parking, what to bring. Only from what you've written down — it never invents an answer.

If it doesn't know, it says so and takes a message

It books

Reads your real calendar, offers slots that are genuinely free, and confirms by email and/or SMS. Reschedules and cancellations too.

On the phone, straight into your calendar

It hands over

Urgent calls, anything it's unsure about, anyone who's annoyed, anyone who just asks for a person.

And it tells you exactly why it handed over

Who it's for

Built around how businesses take calls.

These aren't six different products. They're the same assistant, configured differently — which is why setup takes an afternoon rather than a project.

One evening, one business

Five of six rang out, and most of those callers rang someone else the same evening. Nobody writes this down, which is exactly why it keeps happening.

Getting started

An afternoon, and nothing on your signage changes.

  1. Step one · 20 min

    Tell it about your business

Hours, services and how long each takes, staff and rooms, closures, and the questions customers always ask. Start from a template for your line of work.

  2. Step two · 5 min

    Give it a number

Keep your number and forward it once — we write your provider's instructions. Or take a Callper number, included from Pro: live in minutes in the US and Canada, after the paperwork elsewhere.

  3. Step three · ongoing

    Check what happened

Who called, what they wanted, what got booked, and the few things that need a person. Your calendar is already up to date.

Your data

Recordings of your customers deserve care.

Your calls contain names, addresses, payment disputes and sometimes far more sensitive things. We keep as little as we can, in the EU — and we put in writing what we do with it.

Read the data processing agreement
Hosted in the EU

Signed DPAs with every processor, and a public sub-processor list.

Built for the GDPR

Callper processes call data as your processor under the GDPR. Your customers' data stays yours, we act only on your instructions, and the data processing agreement says exactly what we do with it.

Never used to train models

Your customers' conversations stay yours. That's in the contract, not just on this page.

Handling sensitive sectors

Customer data privacy is our highest concern. Sectors like health and legal need more.

Pricing

Cheaper than the calls you're currently missing.

One recovered job a month covers most plans. Prices exclude VAT.

Ten days to try it, free.

Every new account starts with a 10-day free trial: 60 minutes of calls to test your assistant from the browser, before you choose a plan, with no card asked for and nothing to pay. The trial is once per person: an email address that has had one before gets only what was left of it. Buy a plan whenever you are ready; the trial ends when you do, when the minutes are spent, or on day 10, and nothing is charged at that point. Phone numbers start with a plan.

Thirty days to change your mind.

Cancel within thirty days of your first payment and we refund it in full — one click in your billing page, no email, no reason needed.

Before you ask

The questions we get most.

Will callers know they're talking to a machine?
We encourage it, and we make it easy. The EU AI Act (Article 50) asks whoever puts an AI on a phone line to tell callers they are talking to one, and the suggested greetings in every language already say so in the opening sentence — keep that wording, adapt it, or write your own. Whatever the greeting says, the assistant never claims to be a person when asked. In practice the disclosure stops mattering immediately: people care that someone picked up and that they got sorted. What annoys them is voicemail, not honesty.
Whose voice does it answer in?
A standard one, by default — you pick it from a catalogue when you set the assistant up, and you can change it later. On any paid plan you can use a custom voice instead — one on Basic, three on Pro, as many as you need on Business: someone in your business records about a minute of ordinary speech, and the assistant answers in their voice. It needs their agreement, we record whose voice it is, and you can delete it at any time. It changes how the assistant sounds, not what it does.
What happens when it doesn't understand someone?
It hands over instead of guessing. When it is unsure, when the call is urgent, or when the caller asks for a person, it takes a message and promises a callback, or transfers to a person if you're open. Every handover shows up with the reason it happened.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Keep the number on your door, your van and your listings, and forward it to Callper once with your existing provider. We generate the instructions. If you'd rather have a fresh local number, add one from your dashboard: in the US and Canada it is live within minutes; in Europe each country asks for its own paperwork first — you upload it once and we file it for you.
Can it double-book?
No. It reads your real calendar and your real closures before offering anything, and books the right length with the right person. Bookings are made in your own Cal.com calendar — the same one your team uses — so there is no second diary to fall out of step, and your dashboard keeps its own list of what was booked.
Is this replacing my receptionist?
Not unless you want it to. Most customers point it at the calls nobody can get to — after hours, lunchtime, and the second line while someone's already on the phone. Your team gets fewer interruptions and a tidy list of callbacks instead of a full voicemail box.
Which languages does it speak?
Fourteen, for both the assistant and your dashboard: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish. Each assistant answers in one language, so a business that takes calls in two sets up one for each.
What if it just doesn't suit us?
You have thirty days from your first payment to get it all back, in full, for any reason. Cancelling takes one click. If you forwarded your own number to us, switch the forwarding off with your provider and it rings exactly as it did before.

Your phone will ring tonight. Someone should answer it.

Set Callper up this afternoon and see tomorrow morning what it handled while you were shut.
